About the role#
BDO Canada is hiring a Management Consulting intern for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Digital Strategy and Transformation practice to help organizations navigate complex business challenges through digital, data, and AI solutions. This role is based in Toronto and operates on a hybrid model.
What you'll do#
- Support the delivery of digital strategy client engagements by identifying and prioritizing needs.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals for new client work across various industries.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support creative solutions.
- Participate in stakeholder interviews and client discovery sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
- Communicate project progress and activities clearly to stakeholders.
- Stay informed on technology and industry developments to bring fresh ideas to client problems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in management consulting and technology.
- Familiarity with digital strategy principles, data and analytics, and business AI applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose project issues and draft impactful communications.
- A commitment to teamwork and a desire to provide excellent client service.
- Proven leadership skills and the initiative to explore complex challenges.
- Comfort working in environments that are often ambiguous and client-driven.
