About the role#
BDO Canada is hiring for a Co-op or Intern position within the Internal Administration team in Winnipeg. This is a 4-month full-time work term beginning in January 2027. You will support professional and administrative staff by managing daily office operations and client-related tasks.
What you'll do#
- Perform clerical duties including preparing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, coordinating mass mailings, and distributing internal mail.
- Manage data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collect data, generate reports, and update internal software systems.
- Intake, organize, and maintain client information using iFirm and other internal tools.
- Coordinate client meetings and scheduling while maintaining professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- A commitment to teamwork and a desire to provide outstanding client service.
- Ability to prioritize your workload and manage multiple tasks with flexibility.
- Strong attention to detail and proven leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven setting.
- Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information.
- A desire to learn and take on new challenges.
