About the role#
This is a full-time Co-op or Intern position based in Brandon, Manitoba, for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Assurance team from January to April 2027 to gain experience in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. This role is paid and operates under a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Prepare tax returns for a variety of clients using your technical knowledge.
- Contribute to tax compliance projects and other assignments.
- Gather evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Respond to client requests and suggestions.
- Participate in business development initiatives and identify new opportunities with existing clients.
- Communicate regularly with team members to provide progress updates and resolve issues.

- Current enrollment in an accounting degree or diploma program.
- A strong desire to provide outstanding client service.
- A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to take initiative.
