About the role#
This is a work-study program leading to a career as a damage insurance agent. You will complete a paid, 5-month online AEC program recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education. Upon successful completion of the training, you are guaranteed a full-time position with the company. During the training phase, you receive a salary of $25 per hour, and the company covers all registration fees, academic books, and necessary computer equipment.
What you'll do#
- Build personalized relationships with a diverse client base.
- Establish trust to sell auto and home insurance contracts.
- Identify specific client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Ensure all work follows company underwriting policies.
- Provide a human-centered client experience focused on long-term retention.

- This is a full-time, remote position.
- The program is available for candidates based in Quebec, Montreal, Vancouver, and Toronto.
