About the role#
The Strategic Initiatives Delivery team is looking for an intern to join for a 4-month term starting in January 2027. You will report to the Senior Director of Delivery Practice and Portfolio Reporting. This role involves working with project managers and directors to communicate plans and track the execution of various initiatives. You will build relationships with stakeholders across the organization while gaining experience in a pension environment.
What you'll do#
- Build live dashboards to track project portfolio metrics and financial reports.
- Collect and summarize project data to generate portfolio-level reports.
- Analyze project trends to develop insights and suggest improvements.
- Manage financial plans, including monthly rolling forecasts, baselines, and latest estimates.
- Test new tools and processes for capacity planning and portfolio management.
- Support the team with daily delivery and practice tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or Master's program in Business, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Proficiency with Office 365 tools.
- Skills in data analytics and visualization.
- A strong interest in project organization and execution.
- Professional writing skills and clear oral communication.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term.
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
- We operate under a hybrid work model, with approximately two days per week in the office.
