About the role#
As a Student in Data Science, Modeling and AI, you will join the HR Platform, Innovation and People Intelligence team. You will focus on analyzing and optimizing processes through data science and artificial intelligence. This role is designed for students who want to apply their technical skills to real business problems within the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Explore, cleanse, and structure data from HR systems and internal platforms.
- Develop predictive models to forecast HR metrics like hiring trends and retirements.
- Build solutions using automation and AI tools, including agent design.
- Test hypotheses rapidly and integrate feedback from user teams.
- Apply responsible AI principles to ensure solutions are explainable, secure, and fair.
- Validate model performance by monitoring indicators and analyzing potential biases or false positives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Git, and common data science tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning, AI, data analysis, and model validation methods.
- Experience with the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Interest in LLMs, recommendation systems, applied AI, and people analytics.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, or Snowflake is considered an asset.
- Strong collaboration skills, autonomy, resourcefulness, and a clear sense of curiosity.
