About the role#
As an IT Analyst Intern, you will work with our teams to deliver and improve technology solutions. This position allows you to contribute to real projects while developing your skills in a professional environment. You will work in an Agile and DevOps culture that focuses on collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Analyze requirements and help deliver technological solutions.
- Build, evolve, and automate processes, scripts, or tools.
- Work across diverse technological environments, including cloud and data systems.
- Assist the team with technical requests and resolve problems.
- Monitor systems and applications to ensure performance.
- Manage and optimize configurations, deployments, and policies.
- Document technical solutions and keep records updated.
- Test and validate solutions to support continuous improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MIS, IT), or a related field.
- Completion of a credited internship in Winter 2027.
- Advanced French skills for daily collaboration and documentation.
- Intermediate English skills for working with internal partners.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and autonomous work habits.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Dynatrace and ServiceNow.
- An interest in using artificial intelligence tools to increase efficiency.
