About the role#
This Summer 2027 Wealth Management Internship offers a rotational learning experience within the banking industry. You will gain exposure to areas such as financial planning, the Chief Investment Office, portfolio management, and family office services. The program focuses on professional growth and the practical application of your academic studies through hands-on project work.
What you'll do#
- Partner directly with professionals to contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with your manager to support department goals.
- Provide recommendations to improve your department.
- Participate in all Huntington National Bank internship events.
- Develop knowledge of investment management, wealth preservation, and client relationship management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university, with at least one term remaining after the summer program concludes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through work experience or extracurricular activities.
- Majors in Finance, Economics, or Accounting are preferred.

- This is a paid, full-time summer internship.
- The role is based in a hybrid work environment.
- Locations include Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH, Detroit, MI, Charlotte, NC, and Grand Rapids, MI.
