About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for the Summer of 2027. You will work with teams that provide financial solutions to small businesses and commercial clients. The role focuses on practical experience in relationship management, business development, and credit and lending strategies.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in providing financial services to commercial clients.
- Gain insight into credit and lending strategies.
- Contribute to real-world projects, operations, and strategic decision-making.
- Research and present on operational activities to senior leaders.
- Engage with organizational leaders through networking events, panel discussions, and career conversations.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, on-site, for the duration of the program.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available for both in-person and virtual interviews and an in-person orientation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027 (early June to mid-August).
