About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. You will work directly with Investment Research teams to gain hands-on experience in portfolio analysis and decision-making. The program focuses on real business initiatives, mentorship, and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Support teams across Fixed Income, Equity Research, Asset Allocation, and Investment Operations.
- Gather data and prepare documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Create and update presentation materials.
- Participate in project work and professional development sessions.
- Present your research and operational findings to Senior Leaders.
What you'll need#
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
Location & details#
- Location: Berwyn, PA.
- Work Modality: This is an on-site role requiring up to 5 days per week in the office.
- Requirements: You must be available for in-person and virtual interviews, as well as an in-person orientation with Human Resources. We do not provide work visa sponsorship.
