About the role#
The Global Capital Markets internship at WSFS Bank provides broad exposure to the leveraged loan and capital markets. You will support projects across operations, relationship management, trade services, agency administration, and middle office functions. This is a full-time, paid 10-week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with internal partners including marketing, compliance, and tax teams.
- Gain insight into client relationship management and interactions with external centers of influence.
- Participate in a comprehensive learning program featuring professional development activities.
- Support and present research, projects, or operational activities to Senior Leaders.
- Build connections through mentorship and peer collaboration.
- Engage with organizational leaders through networking events and panel discussions.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives and employee resource groups.
What you'll need#
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable transportation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Wilmington, Delaware.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June through mid-August).
- Modality: On-site, up to 5 days per week.
- Requirements: Ability to attend in-person orientation and participate in both in-person and virtual interviews.
