About the role#
The Business Innovation & AI Products Internship offers students hands-on experience with banking AI solutions. You will partner with professionals to contribute to projects involving generative AI, product development, and the processes required to implement AI within a large enterprise. This role provides exposure to consumer, business, and wealth management AI products.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate directly with your manager on organization and department initiatives.
- Contribute to meaningful projects regarding banking AI solutions and products.
- Participate in Huntington's innovation project and all internship events.
- Provide recommendations to improve your department.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Take initiative to achieve personal career goals.
- Exhibit a professional, business-like demeanor and strong communication skills.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university, with at least one term remaining after the summer program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through work experience or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thought processes when developing solutions.
- Strong interest in a banking career.
- Ability to maintain professional composure and display a positive business presence.
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis, as Huntington does not provide sponsorship for this position.
