About the role#
The AI Summer Intern will work with Information Technology teams to support the Bank's AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience with generative AI, intelligent automation, data analytics, and AI governance. This role involves working alongside technology practitioners to deploy enterprise AI capabilities and productivity tools in a financial services environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the development, testing, and enhancement of AI-powered solutions and digital assistants.
- Support the design and configuration of AI agents using enterprise platforms.
- Research emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
- Participate in pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives focused on AI and automation.
- Evaluate business use cases to identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Analyze AI adoption metrics and create reports or dashboards to measure effectiveness.
- Assist with data collection, cleansing, and analysis for technology projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Streamline business processes by documenting workflows and identifying tasks for automation.
- Test automated solutions and validate expected outcomes.
- Document AI governance processes, standards, and controls.
- Support responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and risk management.
- Develop educational materials, user guides, and training resources to support AI adoption.
- Gather user feedback to improve AI solutions and overall user experience.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment at an accredited four-year institution with at least Junior status.
- A GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, or other technical disciplines.
