About the role#
We are looking for a summer intern to join our Process Optimization department. You will assist with initiatives across the bank by applying project management, process standardization, and business analytics. This is a full-time, paid position located in Chicago for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support process optimization initiatives and change management efforts.
- Build process flows and document business architecture.
- Gather, analyze, and present data related to operational processes.
- Formulate recommendations based on your data analysis.
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to put solutions into practice.
- Help facilitate employee training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited four-year institution.
- A GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
- An academic track in business, supply chain management, quality, technology, engineering, or a related field.
