About the role#
The Forum for Intellectual Property at Hudson Institute offers an internship focused on intellectual property, antitrust, and Internet law. This position provides research and administrative support to the team, allowing for engagement with critical policy issues and direct discussion with subject matter experts. Interns working onsite may also assist with and attend public events and internal sessions featuring Hudson scholars.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research for reports and articles.
- Draft the monthly IP Forum newsletter.
- Prepare briefing memos to keep the team updated on current events.
- Assist experts with research projects, presentations, and writing.
- Provide administrative support and event assistance.
What you'll need#
- Recent graduate or current law student status.
- Background or interest in intellectual property law and innovation policy.
- Strong research, writing, editing, and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in IP law is preferred.
