About the role#
This internship supports the Baltica project. You will assist the project management team with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination between local and global stakeholders. This is a full-time, paid position with a remote work modality.
What you'll do#
- Track document status and provide inputs to project management.
- Manage project files, reports, and records while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Facilitate daily project requirements, including administrative tasks like travel arrangements and document distribution.
- Monitor and verify monthly records for local vendors, including timesheets and expense reports.
- Coordinate with project teams in Vietnam and Switzerland to support project execution.
What you'll need#
- A university degree, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong document management skills, including recording, filing, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and spoken English language skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
