Sales Performance Analyst Intern

About the role#

This is a full-time Sales Performance Analyst internship based in Toronto, Ontario. The role is offered as an 8 or 12-month placement starting in September 2026. You will work in a hybrid capacity, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams, Key Account Managers, and Country Directors to support order intake and margin targets.
• Maintain the Salesforce database and generate regular sales forecasts.
• Prepare recurring reports, including monthly and bi-weekly summaries, on order intake status for management review.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of strategic account plans.
• Manage the competitive and market intelligence lifecycle, from data collection to dissemination, to increase knowledge of the industry ecosystem.
• Develop tools to capture and present bidding data.

What you'll need#

• Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the 8-12 month duration of the internship.
• Fluency in English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Previous experience in an international organization or the Rail Industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI is considered an asset.
