About the role#
Pathway Communications is seeking an HR Intern to join the Human Resources team. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and general HR administration. You will work directly with our team to support recruitment efforts and maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality across all HR processes.
What you'll do#
- Assist with job postings across various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Support the full onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all candidate and employee information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
