About the role#
The Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting recruiting and HR initiatives. This role provides exposure to the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and support candidate pipeline management
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams
- Prepare candidate communications, interview confirmations, and follow-up correspondence
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities and orientation preparation
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
