About the role#
This summer internship offers a direct path to full-time roles within our investment banking group. You will join an industry team in Charlotte to gain hands-on experience with live deals and projects. The program starts with a one-week orientation and training session alongside the intern class. Throughout the summer, you will have the support of both a peer mentor and a senior mentor.
What you'll do#
- Support our advisory and financing services for corporate clients and financial sponsors.
- Work on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and restructuring projects.
- Collaborate with your team on active transactions and client engagements.
- Participate in team building and professional development activities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time MBA program as of fall 2026.
- Interest in pursuing a career in investment banking.
- Availability for the full summer internship in 2027.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
- Enthusiasm for working hard as part of a team.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
