About the role#
The Campus Recruiting team is seeking an intern to help develop and market internship programming. This role supports the broader Corporate Recruiting team by engaging with potential candidates, planning events for current interns, and assisting with data-driven recruitment strategies. Interns receive one-on-one mentorship and participate in intern-specific programming.
What you'll do#
- Interact with potential candidates through recruiting activities, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interview scheduling.
- Craft marketing strategies and social media content to reach early-career and college audiences.
- Analyze social media outcomes to refine recruiting efforts.
- Plan and lead events to support and engage the current intern class.
- Assist with data entry to inform and improve future Campus Recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate with Corporate Recruiting associates on various projects and perform clerical duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a 4-year degree in Marketing, AD/PR, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficiency with standard computer software, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Previous experience with recruiting, marketing, or advertising concepts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Prior internship experience is ideal.
