The Campus Recruiting team is seeking an intern to help develop and market internship programming. This role supports the broader Corporate Recruiting team by engaging with potential candidates, managing marketing initiatives, and assisting with the coordination of the current intern class. This is a paid, full-time position offering mentorship and hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Interact with potential candidates through recruiting activities, including reviewing resumes, phone screens, and conducting interviews.
- Craft marketing strategies and content targeting early-career and college audiences; analyze social media outcomes.
- Support the intern program by planning and leading events and creating programming.
- Assist with data entry and clerical duties to inform recruiting strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Corporate Recruiting associates on various projects and participate in business meetings to support hiring efforts.
- Articulate business lines and service offerings to prospective associates and current interns.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a 4-year degree in Marketing, AD/PR, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficiency in standard computer software, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage time independently.
- Previous experience with recruiting, marketing, or advertising concepts is preferred.
- Prior internship experience is ideal.
