About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern for Manufacturing Operations, you will join our team in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This internship offers exposure to various HR disciplines while you support the daily operations of our manufacturing teams. You will work alongside experienced HR leaders, gain practical experience, and contribute to our organizational goals through project work and administrative support.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to key HR areas including recruiting, analytics, benefits, compensation, talent management, labor relations, and learning and development.
- Complete a project and present your findings to leadership.
- Partner with HR leaders to support processes and propose improvements.
- Perform administrative tasks to keep the department running.
- Organize, schedule, and execute employee engagement activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Human Resources or a similar field.
- Minimum second semester sophomore status with at least 48 completed credits.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through December 2027.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective research abilities.
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
- A professional image and a self-motivated approach to learning.
