About the role#
The Market Analytics Graduate Intern program offers hands-on experience in market analytics, business insights, and strategic decision-making. You will work with analytics and business leaders to identify trends and key performance drivers within the healthcare industry. This role focuses on critical thinking, data storytelling, and presentation development to support organizational objectives.
What you'll do#
- Analyze complex datasets and conduct research on market and business performance.
- Translate findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
- Communicate with colleagues and external constituencies to resolve operational problems.
- Provide professional services under the supervision and mentorship of senior personnel.
- Undertake related studies or enrichment programs and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Current enrollment in a graduate program, either full or part-time.
- Academic focus in Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or Health Care.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
