About the role#
This internship provides practical experience within the Health Plan FP&A department. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from senior personnel to help prepare for future professional roles. The program focuses on developing your skills through direct exposure to business operations and project work.
What you'll do#
- Communicate with colleagues, clients, and internal or external partners to resolve operational problems.
- Provide professional services under the supervision of senior staff.
- Participate in projects designed to build your professional expertise.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of unit initiatives.
- Conduct research and prepare reports that include your recommendations or alternative proposals.
- Undertake enrichment programs or related studies as required by your unit.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- A completed Bachelor’s degree.
- Current enrollment in a graduate degree program, either full or part-time, at an accredited college or university.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a professional setting.
