About the role#
Heidelberg Materials is hiring a Legal Intern to support our legal team in Irving, Texas. This is a full-time, paid position that runs on a rolling basis. You will work on-site and gain hands-on experience by assisting with corporate governance and legal operations.
What you'll do#
- Help maintain corporate records.
- Provide general assistance to the Legal Department.
- Ensure compliance with governance protocols.
What you'll need#
- You are a student pursuing or interested in pre-law, legal studies, compliance, or related fields.
- Preferred majors include Political Science, Philosophy, Business Administration, or History.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- You communicate clearly in both writing and speech.
- You work well within a team environment.
- You have a genuine interest in legal, compliance, and corporate governance.
