About the role#
This co-op position offers students the chance to gain hands-on experience in global trade compliance. You will work with our global team to learn how to monitor international trade, maintain compliance, and ensure goods move across borders. This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Trade Compliance and is a full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Manage import and export activities to ensure compliance.
- Standardize material data for Customs activities.
- Compare internal reports against Customs broker data to identify discrepancies.
- Review and align product classifications across different countries.
- Maintain and update monthly Customs reports.
- Develop processes for record-keeping by entity.
- Create presentations and reports on Customs audit data to determine root causes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior student.
- Academic focus in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Capability to work semi-autonomously and manage project goals within deadlines.
- Ability to interface effectively with various internal departments.
- Proactive approach to adjusting to shifting priorities.

- Location: North Andover, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will work from the office Monday through Wednesday and remotely on Thursday and Friday.
- Employment: Full-time paid co-op.
