About the role#
The Training Campaign Support Intern will join the Watts Works Training team to assist with administrative, operational, and content management tasks. You will support customer engagement campaigns, training programs, and recognition initiatives. This role involves managing digital assets, reporting on program performance, and coordinating communication efforts to ensure the success of various training-related projects. You will report directly to the Training Campaign Manager.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily support for the Learn & Earn program, including researching account issues and reward inquiries.
- Manage shared mailboxes by responding to routine inquiries and escalating complex issues.
- Process and categorize customer video testimonials while identifying compelling stories for marketing and social media.
- Maintain digital libraries for graphics, videos, and documentation using consistent naming conventions and metadata.
- Update leaderboard reports and maintain centralized campaign calendars for tracking deadlines and events.
- Assist with the administration of sweepstakes and incentive fulfillment programs.
- Contribute to the development of TikTok and social media content through planning and brainstorming sessions.
- Support general administrative needs for training programs, marketing campaigns, and special initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Education, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-service oriented approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Experience with digital content management, social media platforms, or administrative reporting is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment testing.
Location & details#
- Location: North Andover, Massachusetts.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week (Monday through Wednesday) in the office and two days per week (Thursday and Friday) remote.
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly range of $21 to $23, dependent on qualifications and experience.
