About the role#
This Finance Internship is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027. You will join the Finance and Accounting team at our manufacturing site in Fort Worth, Texas. You will report to the Plant Controller Manager and gain hands-on experience by supporting financial planning, reporting, and process improvement projects.
What you'll do#
- Support and develop FP&A modeling tools and reports to assist with financial analysis.
- Contribute to accounts receivable or accounts payable projects to improve process efficiency.
- Support audit and reconciliation activities by improving the clarity of reporting for key reserves and accruals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review business processes and analyze data, including areas like freight, returned materials, and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and support corrective actions.
- Take on other projects and duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of basic finance principles.
- A strong sense of accountability and commitment to integrity.
- Ability to adhere to all applicable laws, policies, and safety practices.
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing and background checks.
- Ability to establish employment eligibility.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
- The work modality is hybrid, requiring three days in the office (Monday through Wednesday) and two days remote (Thursday and Friday).
