About the role#
The Legal Co-Op position offers a hands-on opportunity to work within our Corporate Legal Team. You will support department attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management related to employment law, product liability, and general corporate matters. This role reports to the Assistant General Counsel and provides exposure to an in-house legal environment.
What you'll do#
- Conduct and organize research on statutes, regulations, and case precedents.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the training of employees on legal compliance and employment law matters.
- Assist with general corporate matters, including corporate governance and subsidiary organizational tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current student status (sophomore, junior, or senior) pursuing a degree in legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal research tools like Westlaw and Practical Law.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, integrity, and accountability.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Term: Fall 2027 (July - December).
- Location: North Andover, Massachusetts.
- Modality: Hybrid (in-office Monday through Wednesday; remote Thursday and Friday).
- Employment: Full-time, paid position.
