About the role#
This position acts as the central operational hub for medical student education across HealthPartners. You will provide system-wide coordination and infrastructure to support various disciplines and sites. The role aims to improve consistency, reduce administrative burden, and strengthen relationships with academic partners. You will work alongside department-based coordinators to provide shared support for learner processes, compliance, and reporting while maintaining local ownership of day-to-day student experiences.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate REACH LIC program infrastructure, including learner support and academic communication.
- Develop and maintain schedules for templates, blocks, didactics, and student assignments.
- Manage onboarding, recruitment, and offboarding for REACH students, including exit surveys and letters of recommendation.
- Track student attendance, schedule changes, and program completion requirements.
- Coordinate grading, evaluation tracking, and reporting for the Medical School and MERC.
- Manage Canvas content and coordinate logistics for room requests, simulation scheduling, and events.
- Oversee program budget requirements and ERP tasks.
- Partner with departments to build workflows for badging, parking, call rooms, and system access.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, immunization, and regulatory standards.
- Aggregate and analyze survey data to improve experiences for learners and preceptors.
- Support capacity planning and accreditation-related workflows.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in program coordination, healthcare operations, education administration, or student-related workflows.
- Knowledge of UME, GME, or APC education and academic affairs administration.
- Project management skills, including process improvement, capacity planning, and schedule management.
- Familiarity with student tracking and scheduling software or course management systems.
- Ability to operate through influence, manage ambiguity, and maintain operational boundaries.
