About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program based in Richardson, Texas. You will join cross-functional teams to work on real business projects. The role focuses on learning organizational processes and technologies while you build independence in your assigned tasks. You will work under the guidance of a mentor and manager throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project work and analyze information to support business solutions.
- Conduct research and develop recommendations based on your data analysis.
- Own specific components of project deliverables.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support departmental initiatives.
- Present your final project results and recommendations to department leadership.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all compliance policies including HIPAA.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or information technology.
- Your graduation date is between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- You are available for the full 10-week program duration.
- You possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are proficient with PC applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Access.
- An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are required.
- Familiarity with application or product feature design is helpful.
- Experience with programming, systems analysis, data architecture, or artificial intelligence networks is a plus.

- This role is located in Richardson, Texas.
- The work modality is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
- This is a full-time position.
