About the role#
As a Change Management Analyst Intern, you will join a formal program designed to build your business and industry knowledge. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to support business objectives and member-focused solutions. Throughout this 10-week program, you will gain experience by contributing to projects, analyzing data, and applying organizational processes and technologies. You will have the opportunity to own specific project components while receiving guidance from mentors and managers.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research and analyze information to develop recommendations that inform business decisions.
- Support departmental initiatives to improve business outcomes and the client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across both business and technical areas.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation to department leadership regarding your project results.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, and corporate integrity policies.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and grasp new concepts quickly.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability for the full 10-week program duration.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Richardson, Texas.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
