About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide hands-on experience within a corporate environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to contribute to project work, analyze data, and support solutions that meet organizational needs. Interns are expected to take ownership of assigned components, conduct research, and present final recommendations to department leadership. You must maintain confidentiality and comply with all company policies, including HIPAA and corporate integrity standards.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a formal internship program including orientation, professional development workshops, and networking events.
- Use emerging technologies to develop database solutions.
- Design, test, and implement technical production automation solutions.
- Provide customer support for internally developed applications and processes.
- Collaborate with teams to improve business outcomes.
- Deliver a final presentation covering your project results and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising senior.
- Major in computer science, information technology, or information management (other majors considered).
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Knowledge or experience in C#, VB.NET, SQL, and Visual Basic.
- Practical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program duration.

- Locations: Chicago, Illinois or Richardson, Texas.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (minimum of three days per week in the office).
