About the role#
This External Planning Co-Op position supports the Large Molecule External Manufacturing team. You will work on planning activities for assigned brands and sites, helping to manage supply chain operations and achieve key performance indicators for the 2026 and 2027 periods.
What you'll do#
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including new purchase orders, order adjustments, consumption, virtual receipts, and inventory depletion.
- Use ERP systems like SAP and OMP to execute and analyze reports for supply chain teams.
- Support the planning team with ad hoc data and issue management requests.
- Scope and lead a project from initial planning through to final implementation.
- Design and implement improvements to existing and new processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Computer Science.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Reliable transportation to the Titusville, New Jersey office.

- This is a full-time, on-site role with a rolling term.
- Primary work locations are in Titusville and Raritan, New Jersey.
