About the role#
HarperCollins Publishers is looking for an intern to join the International Sales team. This department manages the sales of Adult and Children’s titles in both print and digital formats for markets outside of the United States. You will work with booksellers across the globe and our affiliate offices in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and India.
What you'll do#
- Develop customized pitches for accounts.
- Curate title lists for seasonal presentations.
- Review sales data and create reports on title, category, customer, and channel performance.
- Assist with ad hoc sales tasks using Microsoft Office.
- Attend internal and external meetings and circulate notes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or master's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or English.
- Ability to work in the New York City office Monday through Thursday, totaling 28 hours per week.
- Availability from June 7 through August 12, 2027.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A resume and a cover letter addressed to the Hiring Team.
- A passion for books.
