About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist our HR team in executing various strategies. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and allows you to contribute to the success of our department. During your first week, your team will define the specific project details for your summer term.
What you'll do#
- Work on a real business challenge within your group.
- Exchange ideas with subject matter experts to develop solutions.
- Participate in exclusive events, including executive lunch and learns, plant tours, and professional development sessions.
- Showcase your accomplishments at the Intern Expo at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor or Master degree program.
- Completion of freshman year of courses.
- A minimum 2.7 GPA.
- Majors in Psychology, Business Administration, or Organizational Development are preferred.
- Strong Excel skills are preferred.
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States (sponsorship is not available).

- Location: Calhoun, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, on-site, and paid.
