About the role#
Finance and Accounting interns at Hallmark work on projects that support our business needs. You will develop a problem-solving approach, work with various systems, and present your findings or recommendations to management. Beyond your core projects, you will expand your professional skills, connect with senior leadership, and participate in brand immersion, social activities, and volunteer events.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or Information Systems, or an MBA in Accounting.
- A graduation date of December 2027, May 2028, December 2028, or May 2029.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0, which must be listed on your resume.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Preferred: A major GPA of 3.5 or higher and previous experience in Finance or Accounting.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 12-week internship running from late May through early August 2027.
- The role is hybrid, requiring you to work from our headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, and reside within the Kansas City metro area during the program.
- Relocation and housing assistance are available for those currently living outside the Kansas City metro area.
