About the role#
Bass Pro Shops offers a 10-week summer internship program based at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. This is a full-time position where you will work alongside experienced teams to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world projects. You will work under direct supervision while following established policies and procedures.
What you'll do#
- Support the team in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Track expenses, analyze financial data, and forecast future financial needs.
- Analyze the differences between budgeted and actual results to help optimize spending.
- Use analytical skills to contribute to financial modeling and business decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Completion of your sophomore year of college through your graduating year.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program at 40 hours per week.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to relocate to Springfield, Missouri, for the duration of the program.
