About the role#
This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship based at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. You will gain a broad view of HR operations while working on projects that impact our business. The program includes opportunities to visit our retail stores, resorts, and manufacturing facilities to see how our organization functions.
What you'll do#
- Support HR operational initiatives and complete assigned tasks.
- Help the Talent Acquisition team with onboarding new employees.
- Assist the Learning & Development team by coordinating training programs and managing enrollment.
- Run the new hire feedback process, including documenting, summarizing, and presenting survey results and action items.
- Work with HR Business Partners to prepare job requisitions, document processes, and create organization charts.
What you'll need#
- You must be a student who has completed your Junior year of college or be in your graduating year.
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
- You must be available to work 40 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- You are eligible to work in the United States and able to relocate to Springfield, Missouri, for the duration of the internship.
