About the role#
This Cybersecurity Internship is a 10-week program based at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. You will work directly with experienced teams to support our internal workflows and data reporting needs. This is a full-time, paid position that requires you to be on-site for the duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Meet daily with team members to gather requirements for workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Create written and visual documentation, including process diagrams and mockups.
- Implement workflows within ServiceNow.
- Deploy dashboards and reports to support business operations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to manage the rollout of new tools and processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
- Completion of your sophomore year through your graduating year.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program at 40 hours per week.
- Ability to relocate to Springfield, Missouri, for the summer.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
