About the role#
Bass Pro Shops offers a 10-week immersive internship program at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. This full-time position provides a look at our business operations while focusing on professional development and competency building. You will work alongside our team on projects that impact our manufacturing and production goals.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate and improve welding processes to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to product design and testing efforts.
- Analyze manufacturing workflows to increase efficiency.
- Support projects that utilize robotics and automation to enhance production output.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Completion of your junior year of college through your graduating year.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program at 40 hours per week.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to relocate to Springfield, Missouri, for the duration of the program.
