About the role#
This 10-week internship at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, offers a look into the operations of an outdoor retail company. You will work alongside experienced teams on real-world projects and network with company leaders to build your professional skillset. This program is a full-time commitment.
What you'll do#
- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content.
- Monitor social media channels to respond to inquiries and engage with followers.
- Track performance metrics like likes, shares, and follower growth.
- Prepare regular reports for the marketing team to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Research trends, tools, and best practices to provide recommendations for our social media strategy.
- Explore different areas of the business and contribute to ongoing projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Completion of your sophomore year through your graduating year.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program.
- Ability to relocate to Springfield, Missouri, for the duration of the internship.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
