About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in the energy sector while working in a large team environment. You will work directly under the supervision of a Professional Engineer on various design projects. The position is a full-time role based in Richardson, Texas, running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the design of energy production, gathering, processing, treating, compression, and pipeline systems.
- Perform schematic design work for engineering projects.
- Complete calculations and analysis to support design efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to complete project tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program for Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.
- The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
