About the role#
This summer internship program supports the environmental service line in Omaha. You will work alongside professionals on client projects and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor. The program includes a 40-hour safety training course, which is provided and paid for by the company. You will also participate in an intern cohort and attend a summer summit to build your professional network and learn about career growth.
What you'll do#
- Perform sampling, testing, and data acquisition tasks.
- Review data and prepare reports.
- Communicate test results to internal and external teams.
- Assist field and office personnel with routine tasks.
- Transport equipment, specimens, or documents.
- Help with equipment set-up.
- Apply quality management systems and follow safety procedures.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- Current enrollment in an Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology, or similar degree program.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be required.
