About the role#
Halff is looking for an intern to join the Construction Services team in Fayetteville. This role provides field support to ensure that materials, equipment, and construction workmanship align with project drawings, specifications, and code requirements.
What you'll do#
- Review project plans and proposals to assist management in developing project objectives.
- Verify that materials and construction methods meet required specifications and standards.
- Monitor cost schedules and technical scope baselines.
- Prepare project documentation such as contracts, permits, and reports.
- Coordinate communication plans and assist with change management.
- Contribute to data collection and project status reports.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including document management and organization.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of engineering principles and project management practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both collaboratively with teams and independently.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
