About the role#
Halff is hiring a Landscape Architecture Intern for the summer of 2027 in Oklahoma City. You will work with a team of landscape architects and planners on projects ranging from parks and trails to urban plazas and land development. This is a full-time, paid position running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. Please note that the company does not provide housing for interns.
What you'll do#
- Participate in site inventory and analysis.
- Assist with project research and data compilation.
- Produce conceptual site planning and graphics using hand and digital methods.
- Create schematic, preliminary, and construction document plans.
- Develop quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Assist with the preparation of technical specifications for bid documents.
- Produce landscape compliance documents and graphic renderings for planning projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture.
- Strong design and graphic skills.
- Interest in preparing site analysis, conceptual design graphics, and construction documents.
- Ability to stay well organized and detail oriented.
- Good communication skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.
- This position is on-site.
