About the role#
Greenheck Group is hiring a Value Engineering Co-op for an 8-month term from January to August 2026. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Schofield, Wisconsin. You will work 40 hours per week while gaining hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Perform cost analyses and identify cost-saving projects using Excel, Inventor, and SAP.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal manufacturing teams to create, review, and update procurement standard operating procedures.
- Inspect purchased parts and materials to ensure they meet drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
- Participate in the Early Talent Program, which includes networking with other students, receiving performance coaching, and presenting projects to company leadership.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
- Expected graduation within the next 2 years or less.
- Exposure to 3D modeling software and familiarity with Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with peers and leaders.

- Compensation: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on academic year and position.
