About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain experience in the role of an HR Business Partner. This full-time position allows you to impact our business while learning about our company and culture. You will work 40 hours per week during the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Build partnerships with our manufacturing team and leaders.
- Investigate employee relations issues by researching outcomes, making recommendations, and reviewing them with key stakeholders.
- Impact site culture and engagement by identifying, coordinating, and supporting key events and activities.
- Conduct research and data analysis for various projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Graduation within three semesters or less.
- Previous HR coursework completed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous HR internship experience is preferred.
- Involvement in a student SHRM chapter or similar organization is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on position and academic year.
- Benefits: Paid time off for company-observed holidays and eligibility for a housing allowance or sign-on bonus.
