    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship based at our headquarters in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. You will work directly with Human Resources professionals to gain experience in the industrial machinery manufacturing sector. This role runs for twelve weeks during the summer of 2027.

    What you'll do#

    • Serve as the primary HR liaison for the summer intern cohort.
    • Manage program communications, logistics for activities, and daily support for participants.
    • Create standardized toolkits and resource guides to improve internal workflows.
    • Help refine organizational competency models and design learning materials for employee development.
    • Research industry trends and analyze internal data to improve employee engagement.
    • Complete individual projects and contribute to team-based assignments.
    • Participate in job shadowing and attend company and customer meetings.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program (minimum sophomore standing) or a Master's degree program.
    • Academic focus in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Management, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Organizational Leadership.
    • Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Jeannette, Pennsylvania.
    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • This is an on-site position. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
