    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship based at our headquarters in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. You will work within the Service Parts Operations department, gaining direct experience in the rotating equipment industry. The program runs for twelve weeks during the summer of 2027.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete individual projects to gain hands-on experience.
    • Participate in team activities to demonstrate cooperation.
    • Observe EEE leadership through job shadowing and attendance at company or customer meetings.
    • Analyze operational datasets to identify performance drivers and business insights.
    • Build and refine interactive Tableau reports and visual dashboards.
    • Collaborate with business teams to translate operational needs into data models and key performance indicators.
    • Streamline and standardize reporting routines to improve data accuracy and decision-making efficiency.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a student majoring in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Completion of at least the junior year of a Bachelor’s degree.
    • Master’s degree students in these fields are also encouraged to apply.
    • Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

    Location & details#

    • This role is located on-site in Jeannette, Pennsylvania.
    • The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
